Fiat European sales climb 7.9%

Fiat's sales in western Europe rose 7.9% in April to keep its market share steady at 8.4%, the Association of European Automobile Manufacturers (ACEA) said Friday.
But sales fell 2.1% in the first four months of the year, ACEA said.
