The loveSicily Cookery School offers the chance to see, taste and try all this richness through visits to producers and towns the recipes come from, tasting of local specialties, and hands on experience in the kitchen.

A cookery holiday at the loveSicily Cookery School gives you the opportunity to:

• Try your hand at preparing Sicilian recipes, under the expert guidance of our teachers, in beautiful Sicilian masserias and historical buildings.
• Meet some of the best food producers in South-East Sicily.
• Visit wineries and extra-virgin olive oil farms in Sicily to taste their products and see how they are made.
• Explore beautiful historical city centres, recognised as UNESCO World Heritage sites.
• Relax in our cookery school accommodation - right in the heart of Baroque Modica with amazing views of the city

You can either join us in one of our set-date, week-long cookery school courses or have a tailormade culinary vacation just for you.

Courses take place in Spring and Autumn and course prices start from 1290GBP for two sharing a room.

The course prices include accommodation, all breakfasts, lunches, dinners and any tasting sessions, all drink, all transportation (including to and from the airport), entrance fees anywhere it is required and fees and material for the course. Not included in the price are the flights to Sicily - The closest airport is Catania International airport (1 hour and 15 minutes away) and there are direct flights from Gatwick in the UK to Catania with British Airways and Air Malta.
