PALAZZO BRANCACCIO

You are on holiday and wish to enjoy the trip but also to know more about Italian and Roman traditions... learn to prepare real roman dishes, through traditional recipes and acquire the basic techniques of the Italian cuisine in an ancient roman building, the Palazzo Brancaccio; this building built in 1880 is today considered one of the best artistic treasures in Rome. It is situated in the heart of Rome, covering a large part of "The Oppian Hill" with splendid views of the Colosseum and the Roman Forum.

Roman cooking Course

- Lunch ( people not interested in the Course, may participate in the lunch only)

People not interested in attending the course may participate in the lunch by paying the quota for the meal only.

Wine tasting Course

3.00 pm to 5.30 pm

- Wine tasting course and gastronomic route
- Lunch ( people not interested in the Courses, may participate in the lunch only)

The course will be in English but we could arrange simultaneous translations for other languages as well - just ask for it along with your reservation.

Wines (different Italian labels), wines brochure, visit to Palazzo Brancaccio and a certificate of attendance are included

Nestled behind the bustling, touristy Piazza Navona, The Library is certainly like no other place you've seen in the capital. You can sit next to the precious Pre - Christian wall, and observe the ancient objects in the niches and the antique books.Here you are dipped into a universe furnished according the feng shui in order to balance the yin and yang elements.. Then if you dare to climb the winding staircase, you are in for a surprise:an elegant loft created just for two people in a small wooden floor attic.

Cooking & Biking-Market Tour

Program

At 8.00 you can join us for the Campo dei Fiori Market Tour with the Chef to learn how to chose best fresh ingredients .
we will then reach the Restaurant and at the beginning of the lesson our Chef will explain the menu and distributes the various tasks to the participants.
the fun can start!
The cooking course will be in Italian with the simultaneous translation in English
At 01.00 pm the lunch will follow and you will enjoy the result of your hard work!

In the afternoon at 3.00 pm an optional bike tour of hidden Rome with a professional English speaking guide is available for all participants but separate booking is required.
Cooking Classes will take place twice a week, Wednesday and Thursday from h.9.00 am to h.3.00 pm, lunch , market tour ingredients, wines recipes book , aprons and certificate of attendance are included.

We could arrange different dates according to clients needs.

People not interested in attending the course may participate in the lunch by paying the quota for the meal only.

TIBER BOAT
Ponte Sisto

A boat that lives on the Tiber, beneath Ponte Sisto IV, immerged in the magical waters of the river that saw the greatness of an Empire. An excellent location.

This boat was conceived with the idea to surprise you.

From the terraces on the stern, one can live the immensity of the surroundings, Ponte Sisto IV emerges immobile, greatness, proud of its history. Four hundred square meters of terraces to breath the air of the eternal city, to admire the historical beauties, framed a side by the bridge and on the other side St.Peters Dome, the cupolone, as the Romans usually call it.
